Lead list buildingYou get a number and a date before work starts, against a scope written down in plain language. If the scope changes we re-quote. There is no hourly meter, so there is nothing to pad.
Scoping, samples, quotes and delivery all happen in text. It is faster, it creates a record neither side can misremember, and it means we can work while you sleep. We'll take a call if you want one — nothing in our process requires it.
Scripts, workflows and documentation are yours on request. Some agencies keep the automation as leverage. We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
If a job is outside what we do well, or the data isn't ours to take, we say so before quoting. A fast rejection is worth more to you than a slow disappointment.

We work during US, UK and EU business hours by design. A message sent during your morning is typically answered before your afternoon. We use async communication for day-to-day updates and reserve calls for kickoffs and reviews — which means most projects run smoothly without anyone scheduling a meeting at an awkward hour.
You send a brief — a paragraph or a form submission is enough. We respond with clarifying questions if needed, then a written scope document and a fixed price within a few hours. Once agreed, we build, test against your actual data, and deliver working code with documentation. You receive the code and can run it yourself. We do not invoice by the hour and we do not change the price mid-project unless the scope changes.
A small team means the engineers who write your code are the engineers who answer your questions. There is no account manager, no project coordinator, and no junior developer silently doing the actual work. Every project has a named engineer who is accountable for its quality.
Yes. We sign NDAs before reviewing sensitive business requirements. We use a straightforward services agreement that specifies scope, price, delivery date, and IP ownership. You own everything we build for you.
