Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope. If the scope changes mid-project we re-quote rather than let the meter run.
A single source, delivered once.
Data that keeps arriving, on a schedule.
Systems, agents and services.
Prices in USD. Projects above $300 are split half on start, half on delivery. Smaller projects are paid on delivery.
Knowing these lets you shape a brief that lands cheaper.
| Factor | Cheaper | More expensive |
|---|---|---|
| Source difficulty | Static HTML, open catalogue, stable markup | Heavy JavaScript, aggressive bot protection, frequent redesigns |
| Volume | Thousands of rows, one run | Millions of rows, or continuous runs needing proxy infrastructure |
| Freshness | A snapshot, delivered once | Hourly or real-time, with monitoring and alerting |
| Destination | A CSV or a Sheet | Direct writes into your production database or an API we must integrate with |
We collect publicly accessible data and respect each site's terms and rate limits. If a job needs data behind a login we have no right to use, or something a site's terms clearly forbid, we say so instead of taking the work. What you do with the data afterwards is yours to answer for — if it includes personal data, check your obligations under GDPR or your local equivalent before you use it.
On the Operate plan, selector fixes are included — a site redesign is our problem, not a new invoice. On one-off projects we will fix a break free within 14 days of delivery.
Bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. Half on start for projects above $300, the balance on delivery. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled any time.
Yes. Scripts, workflows and documentation are handed over on request at no extra cost. We do not hold your automation hostage as a retention strategy.
You review a sample before the full run, which catches most misunderstandings while they're cheap. After delivery, revisions continue until the output matches the written scope.
No. Scope, quote, samples and delivery all happen in writing. If you would rather talk it through, we can — but nothing about our process requires it.
Most quotes go out within a few hours of the form arriving.
