Scoping, samples, quotes and delivery all happen in text. It is faster, it creates a record neither side can misremember, and it means we can work while you sleep. We'll take a call if you want one — nothing in our process requires it.
Scripts, workflows and documentation are yours on request. Some agencies keep the automation as leverage. We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
If a job is outside what we do well, or the data isn't ours to take, we say so before quoting. A fast rejection is worth more to you than a slow disappointment.
We are based in Pakistan (UTC+5) and deliberately overlap with US, UK and EU working hours. In practice a brief sent at the end of your day is usually answered before the start of your next one.
It is also the honest reason our prices are what they are. The engineering is not cheaper; the cost base is.
